Our project won the Property Awards for the Metropolitan Garden This is the twelfth time the Portfolio Property Awards has been presented, recognizing the now special and significant real estate market project of 2021. A professional jury of 8 members decided on the office project of the year, the residential project of the year, the hotel project of the year, logistics development of the year, office rental and investment transaction of the year (domestic and abroad), real estate M&A of the year, PM and FM about the company and its financing, as well as the real estate market innovation and talent of the year. They also awarded the Best Concept of the Year, which was previously voted on by participants at the Property Investment Forums in September, and based on a decision by Portfolio readers, an audience vote was also announced in the same category. The 17th winner received a special award in recognition.
